SETAKY® 770 is a kind of redispersible polymer powder, which is made of VeoVa/VA/Arcylic terpolymer emulsion, under the protection of protective colloid, after spray drying, and adding some functional substances.

Application range

Key properties
- Excellent alkali resistance makes it much more durable and strong in cement-based mortar than
other normal RDP (compared to VAE latex powder);
- Excellent flexibility and improved impact resistance (thermal adhesion and cold brittleness of
acrylic);
- Good hydrophobicity (reduces the influence of moisture on the freeze-thaw strength of concrete);-
- Excellent UV resistance, enhancing the stability of exterior wall paint pigments;
- Low TG will makes it have good flexural strength after film formation and can effectively prevent
cracks in mortar.
Packaging and Storage
A. Standard Packing: In 25kg paper bags inner with PE bags
B. Big Bag or other special packages are possible on request.
Store it in a cool, dry place below 30°C and protected against humidity and pressing.
The recommended usage period is within six months. Please use it as early as possible during
summer. If stored in high temperature and humid conditions, it will increase the probability of
clumping.
After opening the bag, please use it as much as possible in one go, otherwise the bag opening should be sealed to avoid absorbing moisture from the air.
Do not stack them on pallets or subject them to high pressure for a long time to avoid clumping.
