SETAKY® XDD 745N8 is a redispersible polymer powder produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, based on vinyl acetate , ethylene and acrylic acid. It dissolves in water easily and quickly forms emulsion.

Application range
Waterproof mortar, tile grout/tile adhesive, putty, exterior wall insulation system mortar, decorative mortar, repair mortar,etc.
-The recommended dosage for waterproof mortar is 2-8%, which can significantly improve the hydrophobic performance of the mortar and reduce its water absorption rate.
-The recommended amount of mortar for exterior wall insulation system plastering is 2-8% to improve adhesion, increase flexibility, and reduce water absorption.
-It is recommended to use a dosage of 1-5% for putty, which can significantly improve its flexibility, water absorption, and bonding strength with the substrate

Packaging and Storage
A. Standard Packing: In 25kg paper bags inner with PE bags
B. Big Bag or other special packages are possible on request.
Suggest storing the redispersible polymer powder products in the warehouse and placing them in a
cool and dry place.
Moisture proof treatment must be carried out during the storage, during which clumping may occur
when subjected to pressure, moisture, or sunlight.
The product should be properly sealed and stored after opening
The storage period of redispersible polymer powder products should not exceed six months (from
the date of delivery), unless a different date is specified in the product testing report (which date
takes precedence)
If the redispersible polymer powder product is stored for more than the recommended period, the
product may still be usable. However, in this case, we recommend that customers test the
performance of the product before using it to ensure that it meets the requirements.
