Material standard

Differential surface leveling-minimum 2mm thickness (approx. 3.0kg/m2)

General surface leveling at least -3mm thickness (about 4.5kg/m2)

Construction process:

1, the ground base according to the situation, with the interface agent for primer treatment, primer has been absorbed by the base, to the surface dry state (primer construction after 2-6 hours), start self leveling construction.

2. Add 6 liters of clear water (pay attention to strength) or 6.5 liters of clear water (pay attention to coating rate) into the container, then slowly add a pack of 25kg of self-leveling cement, mix it with a mixer until it is uniform and lump-free slurry, let it mature for about 2 minutes, mix it briefly again, pour out the mixture, spread it evenly, and use a special toothed scraper to control the thickness. The freshly coated mixture should be protected from direct sunlight and strong wind. Insufficient ventilation or low temperature has a significant effect on the drying time.

3, in the self leveling before the initial set, with the defoaming roller rolling ground to remove the air into the mixing.

4. It is better to lay the construction interval within 10-15 minutes to make the boundary line smooth.

5, such as the construction of the need to lay multi-layer self-leveling, in each layer need to use multi-functional interface agent for primer (before a layer of dry after 24 hours), to ensure the quality of construction.

6, in the non absorbent base such as tile laying self leveling, should be laid at least 2mm.

Construction protection:

This product contains cement, strong alkaline when reacting with water, avoid contact with skin and eyes, accidentally contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse with water. Comprehensive curing is harmless to health and ecology.

Note:

1. This product should be strictly rain-proof and moisture-proof during transportation and storage. The construction temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃.

2. Please do not mix the self-leveling of the new earth brand with the self-leveling of other brands.

3. Please do not use this product for long-term wet grassroots or outdoors.
