Warmly Celebrate the Successful Development of Our Company’s Lithium Carbonate Substitute—Early-Strength Admixture

Recently, our company has developed a specialized early-strength admixture for self-leveling floor coatings to replace the lithium carbonate and lithium sulfate additives traditionally used in mortar products. Following extensive testing and positive market feedback, the product is now being launched on a large scale. Please call us to receive a free sample.
Recently, lithium carbonate prices have continued to rise. Industry analysts note that lithium carbonate supply did not see any substantial improvement in the first quarter of this year. Driven by sustained growth in downstream demand, prices are expected to remain on an upward trajectory in the short term. Only as planned production capacity both domestically and internationally gradually comes online in the second half of the year is the supply–demand imbalance likely to ease. The rapid surge in lithium carbonate prices began in the fourth quarter of last year, when robust growth in downstream demand kept supply tight and the resulting supply–demand imbalance propelled prices sharply higher. “In the first quarter of this year—particularly after the Spring Festival holiday—downstream firms’ inventory-replenishment needs have continued to increase. At the same time, compared with last year, there has been no significant increase in lithium carbonate supply during the first quarter, so the situation of persistent supply shortages is set to persist in the near term, making it difficult to reverse the ongoing price rally in the short run.”
Lithium carbonate prices have continued to rise in the first quarter of this year. The latest data show a roughly 200% increase compared with 2014. The 2016 Lithium Carbonate and Lithium-Ion Battery Cathode Materials Symposium will be held in Shanghai on April 19. The conference will address trends in national policies for the new-energy vehicle industry, the global and Chinese distribution of lithium resources, supply-and-demand dynamics and price outlooks, progress on lithium carbonate production projects using ore and brine from salt lakes in China, the technical requirements of power batteries for cathode materials, and prospects for next-generation lithium-ion battery cathode material technologies. To meet the demand for lithium carbonate in the mortar market, our company has developed and manufactured a specialized early-strength admixture for self-leveling mortars as a replacement for the lithium carbonate–lithium sulfate additive traditionally used in mortar products. Following extensive testing and positive market feedback, this product has now been launched on a large scale.

Xin Dadi XZQ-01, an early-strength admixture that replaces lithium carbonate and lithium sulfate
This product is produced via reactive synthesis followed by spray drying and is primarily used in cement-based dry-mix mortars that require high early strength. It exhibits excellent performance and can replace the expensive construction-grade lithium sulfate and lithium carbonate currently available on the market.
Product Performance and Advantages:
1. Excellent safety performance
2. Rapid dispersibility and excellent water solubility
3. Shorter mixing time
4. High early strength with no impact on later strength
5. At the same addition level, the performance metrics are superior to those of lithium carbonate and lithium sulfate.
6. Improving Shrinkage and Creep Performance
7. Excellent compatibility with other additives
Scope of application:
Primarily used for cement-based dry-mix mortars with high early-strength requirements.
1. Floor Screed
2. Self-leveling cement mortar
3. Grouting Material
4. Repair Mortar
