1, firm, strong, grass-roots surface shall not have sand, empty drum, shell, peeling, loose, pitting, grease, dust, cracks and other defects. The compressive strength is not less than 15MPa, preferably greater than 20MPa;

2, ground moisture content: measure the base surface moisture, because the cement base surface can only be constructed when its moisture is less than 8%. The best way to determine the humidity of the rising tide is the "rubber mat experiment". (At least 1m × 1m polyethylene film is taped to the concrete surface) at least 24 hours before it can be removed. This determines the amount of condensate;

3. Ground smoothness: the cement base surface is flat, without unevenness, honeycomb pitted surface and cement pimples. The smoothness of the base layer shall be checked by 2m feet. The flatness shall not be more than 4mm/2m.
