Requirements of self leveling cement construction on the ground

Self-leveling cement floor is good or bad in addition to the quality of cement, but also with the construction has a close relationship, in generalself-leveling cementThe ground construction is divided into: brushing interface agent, mixing self-leveling, dumping self-leveling, scraping self-leveling and venting, polishing, cleaning and other steps after construction. In order to make a good self leveling ground below the introduction of self leveling construction requirements for the grass-roots ground:

1, firm, strong, grass-roots surface shall not have sand, empty drum, shell, peeling, loose, pitting, grease, dust, cracks and other defects. The compressive strength is not less than 15MPa, preferably greater than 20MPa;

2, ground moisture content: measure the base surface moisture, because the cement base surface can only be constructed when its moisture is less than 8%. The best way to determine the humidity of the rising tide is the "rubber mat experiment". (At least 1m × 1m polyethylene film is taped to the concrete surface) at least 24 hours before it can be removed. This determines the amount of condensate;

3. Ground smoothness: the cement base surface is flat, without unevenness, honeycomb pitted surface and cement pimples. The smoothness of the base layer shall be checked by 2m feet. The flatness shall not be more than 4mm/2m.
The base course is based on two materials: concrete and mortar
Concrete is a mixture of cement, sand, stone and water. Because it contains large particles, its surface is very uneven. It can be very large, with a diameter of 10 cm or more.
Mortar is similar, but usually does not have large particle materials. It is more delicate and better for future use. It is a transition layer between concrete and self-leveling. Generally, the thickness is about 1cm.
