Ready-mixed dry-mixed mortar, mortar as a building material, mainly dry sand, cement, industrial waste (such as fly ash, steel slag, desulfurization gypsum, etc.) and additives are mixed evenly in a certain proportion in the factory, and the materials supplied to builders for wall masonry, facing and floor construction are divided into three categories: masonry mortar, plastering mortar and floor mortar. With the development of construction technology, the requirements for construction efficiency and construction quality are constantly improving, and the shortcomings of traditional on-site mixing mortar are gradually revealed. The main problems of on-site mixing mortar are as follows:
The randomness of the ratio design is large, which seriously affects the internal quality of the material. Due to the large number of construction teams, the technical level of construction units is uneven, often by experience or from elsewhere to learn from the formula, the lack of personality analysis of their own selection of raw materials, and the lack of systematic material performance testing, resulting in low performance of mortar, to bring hidden dangers to the project.
2. On-site measurement control is not allowed to cause quality fluctuation. Most of the site is still stuck in the stage of manual measurement, so the weighing error is very large. The consequence is that the cement is less, which will cause the strength to decrease; the cement is more, on the one hand, it will increase the cost, and at the same time, it will cause cracks due to the shrinkage of cement. Mixing uniformity is difficult to guarantee. On-site mixing generally uses a small mortar mixer, for the micro-amount of additives dispersion ability is poor, often appear uneven mixing phenomenon.
4. Low production efficiency. The labor intensity is large, the labor time is long, and the labor cost for the unit project increases.
5. The influence of raw materials on mortar performance increases. Mortar for different purposes has different requirements for aggregate and binder. Production at the construction site is limited to conditions and time limits, and it is impossible to meet them one by one.
6, big pollution to the environment. The storage and production of raw materials will form dust, noise and other pollution sources, causing pollution to the surrounding environment.
7, affect the building function, resulting in hidden dangers of accidents. Due to the lack of scientific empirical mathematical model guidance, mortar quality control can only adopt the method of making specimens at the same time and later verification after the curing age. Even if there is a problem, it is difficult to make up for it. This caused by wall cracking, water seepage, color difference and plaster layer hollowing, falling off phenomenon occurs from time to time.
To this end, mortar for factory production has become inevitable, in accordance with the use of mortar material selection and ratio design, carried out by more specialized engineers, in the facilities of comprehensive laboratory system testing, the use of electronic measurement, professional production management and specialized mixing equipment for centralized production, can effectively solve the above problems.
