Ensure that the cement can flow, but not too thin, otherwise the strength is not enough after drying, easy to ash.
After the interface agent is dried, the self-leveling cement can be poured on the ground. After pouring to the ground, the cement can flow along the ground, but it cannot be completely leveled. The construction personnel need to push the cement with tools to push the cement and push the cement away.
4. Uniform cement with roller

Traditional cement mortar leveling

1. Ground base treatment
Before the construction, the same need to deal with the ground base, to ensure that the ground hollowing, block and other defects have been repaired or eradicated. And to ensure that the ground base clean, no construction obstacles. In addition, it is necessary to wrap the roots of the finished wood products, and to wrap or block the roots of the original indoor facilities with materials.
2. Elevation plastering cake
According to the type and thickness of the ground paving decorative materials and the standard line of the finished surface, the leveling thickness is determined. Generally, the plastering thickness of the surface layer is not less than 20mm, and the leveling control line is popped up on the wall surface. According to the leveling control line along the wall around the plastering cake, the size of the ash cake is generally 5x 5cm, the horizontal and vertical spacing is 1.5-2.0 meters, the upper plane of the ash cake is the elevation of the ground surface layer. 3. Brush cement slurry

4. Pave cement mortar
After the cement mortar is painted, the cement mortar shall be paved. The mix ratio of cement mortar is cement: sand = 1:2, and the mixture shall be evenly mixed. After paving the cement mortar, use a long wooden bar to beat the solid rub flat, so that the mortar and the grass-roots combination of dense.
5. Surface sub-light treatment
Surface calendering was carried out in two passes. For the first time, the cement mortar is slightly water-reflecting when people step on it, but when it does not sink, the cement surface shall be calendered with iron trowel after being sprinkled dry. From the edge corner to the large surface, the cement mortar shall be compacted and plastered in sequence. The second calendering shall be carried out before the final setting of the cement mortar. The lines left by the first calendering shall be flattened, compacted and calendered with iron trowel. And check the flatness with a ruler at any time.
